Russian languagefiles updated for ME 1.6.0

Pavel Savushkin, webmaster of www.real-pearl.ru, has updated the Russian translation for ME 1.6.0. core component. They can be installed via the Joomla installer now, it´s not neccessary anymore to upload them via FTP.

The languagefiles are available for free.
