Got to joomla/administrator/components/com_estateagent/admin.estateagent.php
On line 942 you have:
$lists['ea_maxpics'] = mosHTML::integerSelectList( 1, 10, 1, 'ea_maxpics', 'class="inputbox"', $ea_maxpics, $format="" );
Change the 10 to the number of pictures you want.
