Hello,
Can anyone help me with the following problem:
When uploading/installing the component i got the following error:

SQL Error DB function failed with error number 1064
You have an error in your SQL syntax near 'ENGINE=MyISAM' at line 53 SQL=CREATE TABLE `jos_estateagent`

joomla version:1.0.4
php version:4.3.2
mysql version: 3.23.58
ea version: 1.0 RC1

Its very simple, i think. Put first the database.php file in includes, on your directory. Next, install your EA version.

Hi,
there?s no need to download and change the database.php.
The problem seems to be this line when using a mySQL-database version 3.23.x:
ENGINE=MyISAM
Open the estateagent.xml and change it everywhere to:
TYPE=MyISAM
Then it should work.
