I found 2 bugs. Pls see these followings:
1) Search - Search string can 't give you a correct results. I have 2 records : "Land 215" and Land 564" in title and description. When submiting "Land" search, I've received only one result.

2) In Admin, if you check and save Hot Offer checkbox, it sets flag to 1 in database permanently. When you want to uncheck that Hot Offer property, you can uncheck and save but it will not write 0 to DB.
