I have installed ME and so far it is very close to what I am looking for.
One option however would certainly extend the usefulness.
I would love to see a "available per:" option in it. Just the posibility to click on a calender button and select the date per which one would like to make the property available. Essential for renting/leasing of commercial housing, as well as for private renting.
Furthermore it would be nice to have the ability to choose search criteria for the extended search option. I can image this could be achieved by including checkboxes in the object specification section.
