OK,

I've used HotProperty & Ez Realty - so I have suggestions for MisterEstate to make it more competitive with those two & help surpass them in the long run.

-More & more advanced layout options (larger main photos, slideshows, etc.)

-extra & editable fields
(put in MLS numbers, etc.)

-Rating system for each property
(allows misterestate to be more usable as a cataloging system by users that may not be doing property websites)

-Feeds that automatically update Google base, Trulia, and other property databases

-A enhanced flyer output in html (like postlets.com)that allows posting to sites like craigslist.org & e-mail marketing).

-besides google map, incorporate mapping of nearby amenities, walkscore.com
