Gallery Slideshow not working 4 Months, 2 Weeks ago

In the gallery options you can select lightbox/thickbox and slideshow. The lightbox and thickbox work without any problems, but if we select slideshow, nothing shows and all pictures disappear.
Any ideas as to what may be causing this or how to fix it?
