I have this categories and subcategories:
* Venta
- Fincas / Casas
- Pisos
- Locales / Oficinas
- Terrenos / Solares
* Alquileres
- Fincas / Casas
- Pisos
- Locales / Oficinas
- Terrenos / Solares

I have three properties:
- "Piso para estudiantes" belongs to "Alquileres - Pisos" category.
- "Piso junto al Corte Inglés" belongs to "Venta - Pisos" category.
- "Apartamento en Ciudad de la Comunicación" belongs to "Venta" category.

Then, in the frontend of the web (http://www.aycachorro.com/jr/pruebas/Inmobiliaria/), when doing a quick search selecting "Alquileres", I obtain 0 results. why? I think it should return one result with "Piso para estudiantes".
Another example: If I select "Venta" in the list of Quicksearch Module, I obtain one result: "Apartamento en Ciudad de la Comunicación". But, where is "Piso junto al Corte Inglés" ?

what's happening with the QUICKSEARCH MODULE 1.6.1 ?

I have a similar problem. The quick search is not showing sub categories. All my properties are in sub categories and when I do a quick search using the main category, which are the only headings showing, it shows no properties.
