I tried to install "ME151_com_misterestate.zip" but joomla told me "the component is write with a old joomla version, so you need to have lagacy on".

Why ??

because ME 1.5.1 isn´t 100% compatible with the new J!1.5 API until now. But a native version is under construction and will be published soon.

So i paid for nothing?? when i downloaded, i didn't see "isn´t 100% compatible with the new J!1.5"...

You can turn on legacy plugin in Extensions> Plugin manager > System - Legacy (set to Enable) Will work fine with your version of Joomla!
