In my case, I see different things depends on navigator.
I attach an screenshot with the view in iExplorer, Chrome and FireFox: All differents !!

Now, only works right in iExplorer.

Any idea?

Edit: Suddenly, with Chrome Navigator, "ME Categories" works right again. But in FireFox go on wrong.
I', getting crazy....

Re-edit: At home, in my computer, Categories Module works right in all navigators.

ok, then please check the global Joomla template you´re using. I´m sure, the problems are caused by this template.
