In file template_css.css omitted "#btnCaptcha" and its attributes (if you look at the demo site is also noticeable)

I understand that a universal solution can not be, or it will be difficult to implement, but may not be used in separate classes for the basic design elements (input, table, image, etc.) and take them from a template site?
